#63: A Changed Man

A changed man,
That's what I feel.
For confidence has returned,
Wholesale.

I dare to live like
A man.
To hold, to caress,
To Love Some One.
To reason, to rhyme,
Like never before!

The_Laptop has finally
Arrived at The Next Stage,
Where the Big Test,
Will be on the mettle
In surviving the Lost Realm
Of Love.

Will I succeed?
Will I be triumphant?
Will I ever be happy in the end?
Questions too good, my friend,
Questions where answers are
Not easy to find.

And so I lift my head high,
And I dare stare in the sky,
Beyond the clouds,
Beyond the castles,
Into a Land of Phantasm,
Where, strangely,
Reality lies.

#62: Beeutei of poeetry!

Ah! Yeehah1!
Thou art de one,
No less, methinks!
Grammar non correctum,
Lingua non franca,
Zat's de beeutie
Of poeetry! :-)

In response to:
I hate poetry,
I don't deny,
For poems often
Grammatical rules defy.

Sometimes they rhyme,
Sometimes they don't.
Sometimes they will,
Sometimes they won't.

I'm beginning to sound
Like Dr Seuss
SO I'll stop now,
By Zeus!

#61: Call to Arms

I am no First Rate Poet,
But to put words thus,
Is more economical then
Typing out long lines.

Brevity is what I thrive on,
For how can a programmer
Be a verbose monstrosity
To a machine?

So, join me in my fun,
Write out free flow,
Where all the feelings
Thoughts come and go.

Not all poems rhyme,
Neither does this.
It is the thought,
The feelings,
That make a poem it is.

#60: Poetry...

Poetry, poetry,
So simple and yet
So sublime!
Oh! How can I
Forget Thy Beauty?

Prose, nay,
Too verbose,
Too illegible,
For on-screen consumption.
But poetry! Ah!
The sweetness of
Whitespace,
The beauty of
Short lines,
The subtlety of
It all,
Pretty much
Speaks for Itself.

#59: Giving Love a Second Chance

It took more than just
A simple word.
An essay, an email,
A forum post.

To convince a stubborn mind,
Against a willing heart,
To dare to go forth,
Where every man needs to go.

The_Laptop may still be
A lot of lovelessness,
But Hope prevails,
And Love will come,
Some day.

And towards that day,
I look forwrd to,
The day where I can finally
See the power that
The human race has.

For Love is what drives
All of the human race
Forwards.
Among all the forces we know,
Love is one of those
Which words cannot explain,
But the effects are most
Clearly Shown.

People can sacrifice
For the sake of Love.
They Live, Hurt, Die,
All for the sake of Love.
Determination to succeed,
Also for Love.

If Love were such a powerful force,
Why not try to take it up?
At least I can one day
Stand upright, stand uptall,
And proclaim that I did try.
And no matter what happens,
I know that deep inside,
I had lived a live worth living,
By giving Love a second chance.

#58: We do come home...

The sky! Yes The Sky!
As high as Birds Can Fly!
Beyond it can, and will, go on.
Into the reaches where the
Great Unknown Sits.

Alas! Birds do come home at the end of the day,
So why not we too?

#56: LOVE IS ALL I NEED

Let your heart soar
Over the clouds and through
Valleys galore!
Enchanting sights await!

Into the land of fantasy we go!
See for yourself the miracles of all!

A tree that is so large yet so
Little in size at the same time;
Lions who look like tigers too!

Instantly, the scene changes!

Nearby forests emitting foilage;
Emitting a radiance the begets
Enchantment of the highest order!
Don't ask why; just look and you'll find!

#55: ANOTHER ONE AGAIN

A secret! Oh A secret!
Nothing more and less that
One chooses to see!
Today, we start all over,
Heck, no problem!
Echo after me,
Really, really!

Once I came, then I left;
Neither was I here nor there,
End of poem.

Abrupt?
Guess so...
Again perhaps?
In another time.
No problem!

#54: Learnt a New Fact

Today, I learnt A New Fact,
That one of the unnamed posters,
Is indeed a friend,
And a noble friend indeed.
Harking from the days of the Brotherhood,
Hurtling into the days of tomorrow.

You know who you are,
Why I am who I am,
And how I became what I become.
Fear not for me, for all tribulations,
Are but tests of mettle.
And being The_Laptop as I am,
Trampled upon I will not be,
Triumph over the darkness, I will,
With the darkness that resides
Within me, myself and I.

#53: GOT TO DO OVERTIME SIGH

Giving in to tiredness,
Of all the
Temptations that one can meet.

Too late! Too late!
Open, my eyes are not...

Down comes my eyelids,
Oh so very slowly...

Only now, a
Vermin bit me!
Enraged, I sprung up.
Reaching for my
Trusty newspaper,
I
Made an attempt to swipe at it.
Elongated the paper, hit it I did not.

So,
I
Gave up on the vermin, and
Have to start dozing again....

#52: SOMEONE PLEASE LOVE ME I HATE TO BE ALONE

Something about the air that makes it
Odd.
Maniacal.
Eerie.
Only then it is just
Nonsense from an
Everydayman's mind?

Perhaps it is not so,
Little does one truly know the
Eternal nature of things
All asunder.
Seeking, sometimes for quietness,
Equalling to serenity.

Languish over the past,
Oust the old fickle flame of
Vivacity, and then
Emit a more radiant glow!

Maybe it is time to come again,
End of days?

Interesting...

How about the rise of
All who are interested in
Taking an
Emu out for dinner?

Tell-tale signs of pure
Oddness?

Believe me, this is not as
Enticing as emu for dinner!

Anyway, where was I again?
Loved to ramble, got
Out of hand.
Now it is the time to say,
End.

#51: BUT NOT SUICIDAL

Behold the full power!
Under the power of the
Twilight moon!

Noon is not where I come forth!
O mighty moon!
Thou art the source of my power!

Sun is but a fad,
Umbrella for the
Icicles of the fakefully jolly,
Chagrin all a-showing.
Indeed,
Delight from the sun is
Almost never matched by the
Lushness of the moon.

#50: I AM STILL SAD

In the end,

All will be lost,
Mankind will

Suffer, from
Time to time again.
I
Look beyond the
Lush green grass, and

Said to myself,
All things that live must
Die one day.

#49: QUIETLY SINGING TO MYSELF

Quickly went the
Uber
In the fantasy world of
Evalon.
Tonight at
Long last will the
Yeti be free!

Swinging from peak to peak
In the same old fashion,
Never to fear the
Going, for
It is when the going gets tough that
No scaredy cat will get
Going.

Think, my dear, think,
O gracious moon!

May the sun never shine
Yet again! The
Sunshine is no more
Everlasting than the serene moonlight,
Lighting the evergrowing embrace of
Frost.

#48: CLANDESTINE MESSAGES

Coming on,
Loading up
And
Now alone,
Dead in the soil of
Eternity.
Swaying
Trees
In the
Nighttime wind
Evokes a sense of serenity.

Mindful of one's past,
Ever changing landscape
See past reality,
See past fiction,
All the world must learn some day,
Great men come, but do not stay
Everytime with the people.
So sad.

#47: ALL IS BUT A DREAM

Another
Long,
Lonely

I,
Seeking

But a friend, who
Undyingly shares
The deeds

And the

Dearth.
Really,
Exceptionally,
Altruistically,
My dream, no more, no less.

#46: I AM SAD

Ill.

Addicted,
Macerated.

Swallowed,
Adjusted,
Dead.

#45: LOVE NOT

Lonely,
One,
Vivacious,
Enterprising.

Not now,
Or ever,
To love again.

#44: SITING

Saw your posts,
I
Thought
It was so
Natural to not suspect
Greatly that it is you.

:-D

Hahahahaha..... :-D B-D

#43: What to do...?

What to do,
I'm not you...
Not so cool,
What a fool! :-)

In response to:
Surprised to read
Stunned to see
But it's no secret
That bluediol is me... B-)

(now then u know...hahaha...)

#42: Identity of bluediol

bluediol, bluediol,
I used to know not who thy are.
But after last night,
When I asked,
A friend,
Thy name appeared.

A friend indeed, a friend indeed,
How could I, the all-seer, not know?
Why, I am but a fool then,
For I can't tell friend from foe....
